   Hey Andrew. Just keeping in touch. Construction is to begin in September as per the builder, with occupancies now in mid-2011. Mtce fees capped for 2 yrs – from occupancy & best of all last year’s pre-construction pricing.

   This Condo look’s fantastic. At pre-construction prices and construction starting soon I believe its one of the better deals in the city. I’m in love with the King West neighborhood and this condo is in the heart of it all.

   Andrew, I do not work for the developer. I just think that this building provides something different then the Freed monopoly in King West. Looking at the renderings its seems this building will sit nicely in the King West environment made up primarily of older brick buildings. Do you happen to have price points for these units?
