Hi there, I just sent you a message on facebook about purchasing one of these townhouses. However, I forgot to mention that my father was interested in purchasing it. Therefore, he wants it to be self-sustaining, where he doesn’t have to pay, but just rent it out. Would that be possible? If these townhouses are too expensive, would you have any other suggestions of apartments or townhouses?
