To all those looking to purchase a condo at Murano – think twice. The workmanship is shoddy at best, the property management is substandard, the customer care is nonexistent (well, they exist, but I’d rather they didn’t with how rude they are) and the maintenance fees aren’t the greatest. I own a 2br suite in the south tower and everytime I walk through the hallways I feel digusted. The walls are noticeably crooked, things look like they’re going to fall apart, and the elevators are SO noisey that I have to sleep with earplugs (which don’t really help at all – even though my suite is located nowhere near the elevators). I’m not sure if other lanterra buildings are the same, but, again, think twice. Try another company.
