Hi John,

You may have some points, but it may be too late. One Cole is about 90% sold out. Not much left. What units are you looking for? Feel free to contact me directly.

I think the condos are a great deal, and I am considering buying one -- but the neighbourhood has such a bad reputation. One of the biggest factors would be resale value down the line. I wonder if I will have trouble selling this property when the time comes. Also, what are the chances this property will increase in value?

Yes, there will be government housing (TCHC) in the area. The overall idea is mixing different types of housing - condo, rental, market rate, subsidized, rent-geared-to-income. Making the community more heterogeneous.

I would be very interested in taking a look at buying, but I am very concerned that this project, as with the previous renewal project of Regent Park, will be a failure.
My question is; will there be subsidized housing in the regent park area of this building and/or in any other planned building which are scheduled to replace the existing ones?
Thank you
