		<description>Interesting to see that financing is still flowing into the Toronto market.  Has the pace and volume of projects coming online slowed?  The Boston W Hotel &amp; Condos, which is slated to open later this year, is the final large-scale residential development to obtain financing following the global downturn, that said, Boston will see a several year hiatus of new condo developments after the W is delivered.</description>
