First of all, let me tell you a little about the building itself.
The building will be 29 storeys tall and have 339 units. the ground level will be retail and the developer is working on getting a grocery store in the building. The building is obviously aimed at the massive student population in the area and the amenities will cater to their needs. There will be a fitness centre, quiet study rooms for individual or group study, 24 hour concierge, and several communal spaces including a very cool feature: an outdoor rooftop movie theatre. The standard finishes will all be top notch with no need for upgrades.
