We are expert property managers and passionate real estate developers committed to the shared success of our partners, stakeholders, clients, and tenants. Our expertise in redevelopment, property management, and condominium development is both deep and uniquely diverse.

We currently operate in Toronto, Peterborough, Amherstview, Cobourg, and Port Hope with an ever-expanding management portfolio of 30 different properties. As a leading housing provider, we currently manage 100,000 sq ft. of commercial space and 850 residential units. We work with several different community housing providers managing both residential and commercial space. To date, we have developed 298 new-to-market rental units through our redevelopment and repurposing activities.  We have also developed and delivered 100 brand new luxury condominium suites with another 100 unit project under development.
