Roncesvalles is one of the neighbourhoods in Toronto that I get a lot of buyer requests for, but unfortunately condo options in this ‘hood are very scarce, and decent homes in this area average well above $600K. Howard Park Condos will be a welcome addition to the neighbourhood for buyers looking for condominium living in a top-tier, low-rise neighbourhood in the core of the city.
This location offers buyers a myriad of transit options: streetcar and bus right at the front door on Dundas Street West, as well as the subway just a 5 minute walk away, and add to that the bonus of the GO train which is also about a 5 minute walk away and takes you direct to Union Station. You can get downtown in several different ways in a matter of minutes by transit from this location.
The architecture (RAW design) is already getting a lot of ‘buzz’ around the internet on sites like urbantoronto.ca and buzzbuzzhome.com. Certainly a striking design that will be distinctive and recognizable from the street, what I love about it is the number of suites with large outdoor terraces and balconies – something that more and more buyers are looking for in Toronto.
