Why Invest In Daniels Waterfront?
Soon I will have in my hands the floor plans and prices for one of the most anticipated new condo projects of 2015: Daniels Waterfront.
As a Platinum agent for Daniels, on October 7th I will get all the details for the building and I will begin accepting worksheets (suite request forms) immediately.
Demand is already very high for this project from both investors and end-users who wish to move into the building.

It’s no secret that I have purchased several units from Daniels personally for my own portfolio over the years.
People always ask me why I am such a big fan of Daniels.
Here are 4 reasons why Daniels is a top-5 developer in my opinion:
1. Quality and Value
Daniels builds a high quality product and they deliver it at a great price. This is the most important reason why Daniels has one of the best reps in the business. So many developers cut corners or the finished product looks nothing like what was originally promised. Not with Daniels.
Daniels has some of the best customer service in the business. They really deliver a quality product and if there are any issues on delivery they take care of them quick.
The most important thing here is that they value customer service and want every buyer to have a great experience. Sounds like a no-brainer but having been in the industry a long time I can tell you that for most developers, customer service is an afterthought at best.
3. On Time Delivery and Fast Closings
Daniels does a fantastic job finishing their buildings on time. They often start construction even before they go on sale.
Daniels is also known for having some of the shortest occupancy periods in the industry. This means you pay less occupancy fees and start paying down your mortgage faster.
Their last 2 towers (One Park Place North and South) went from 1st occupancy to final closing in just 5 months! My own unit on a higher floor didn’t even have an occupancy period at all – I went immediately into final closing.
4. Full communities
Daniels buildings are more like fully functioning vertical communities, rather than just one-off condo buildings. They really take extra care to build and design unique buildings with features and amenities that add tremendous value to the people who live there.
WHY DANIELS WATERFRONT?
The entire project will consist of several buildings and it takes up an entire city block. As you know I’m a huge fan of investing in multi-use projects like this.
1. 650,000 sq ft in 2 Residential towers – each around 45 storeys tall with spectacular amenities planned. The first tower is being released now. The second probably will be next year.
2. 27,000 sq ft of retail. RBC is already signed on to be in the building.
3. 280,000 sq ft of commercial office space in 2 towers including Daniels own new head office. Your tenants can live and work in the same complex!
Plus – cultural spaces – Arts organizations like ArtScape are already signed on to be there.
Plus – HUGE (potential) educational space. They are in negotiations with a very well known college in Toronto to take up as much as 200,000 square feet. This is very good news for investors in particular as you will have a large built in rental pool.
Plus – Amazing outdoor public spaces planned like Sugar Beach North and “The Yard”
Then there is the suites themselves.
